He advises his clients in all relevant issues, particularly in contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy law, criminal law, administrative law.
He has been a partner at the firm Good & Partner since 2014. He is also a founding partner of various start-ups.
Before he co-founded Good & Partner, he worked at Lenz & Staehelin (Zurich), at the District Court of Zurich and at Kessler Landolt Giacomini & Partner (Wollerau). He obtained his degree and doctorate at the University of St. Gallen.

Michèle co-founded Good & Partner in Zurich in 2014.
Prior to this she worked as an independent legal services provider after having worked at a law firm in Lausanne and as an asset manager at Pictet & Cie Banquiers Privés in Geneva.
After obtaining her law degree she completed a Master's in Business Management at the University of Geneva (HEC). She also holds a diploma (with distinction) in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners STEP (London) and in Financial Asset Management and Engineering from the Swiss Finance Institute (Lausanne). She completed further training in business mediation at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London).
Her business languages are German, English, French, Italian, Polish and Russian.

Furthermore Christoph advises and supports companies in developing strategies and implementing due diligence systems to ensure respect for human rights across their entire business activity.
Before he co-founded Good & Partner in 2014, he worked as a lecturer in public international law and international human rights protection at Andrássy University in Budapest, as Managing Director of the Centre for Human Rights Studies at the University of Zurich, and at the District Court of Werdenberg-Sarganserland. He obtained his degree and doctorate at the University of St. Gallen.
His business languages are German, English and French.
In addition to his activities as an attorney he is a visiting lecturer at the University of Zurich and Secretary of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Foundation Switzerland. He is also a member of the BHRight initiative.
Assistant / Marketing
Kirsten is in charge of the administration for Good & Partner and focuses on sales and marketing matters.
For the past 14 years Kirsten has been active in both Sales & Marketing and Event Management. She has built her knowledge and experience in renowned 4- and 5-star hotels, agencies and firms in Germany, England and Switzerland.
Before joining Good & Partner in 2016 Kirsten was an Assistant with focus on Business Development with a patent attorney practice in Zurich.
Kirsten has joined our team in October 2016. Her working languages are English and German.
